1. Use of the App

You may use ScrollScholar for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. User Content

You may upload content such as PDFs, images, and text. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to process it to provide app functionality (such as generating flashcards).

3. Prohibited Use

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Uploading copyrighted material without permission.
• Attempting to disrupt or misuse the app.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

5. Payments

All payments are handled by Apple through your App Store account. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

6. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services such as OpenAI, Supabase, and RevenueCat to provide functionality. These services process data as needed to operate the app.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design and functionality, is owned by ElasticKarma LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElasticKarma LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
